This customer is a machine that helps the purchase of photovoltaic brackets, 41*21*2mm. Since photovoltaic brackets need to be punched, we have two ways to do it. One is a fully automatic production line. This way the production speed is relatively slow, but The operation is simple; one is two production lines, uncoiling-punching-rewinding, and the machine is produced separately. This way requires more workers, but the production speed is faster, which can increase productivity.

After consideration, the customer decided to use a line to produce. However, a problem was discovered in the course of the experiment. The speed of the punch and the speed of the machine did not match. Later, after adjusting the speed of the punch and the machine, some limits were added, so that a line can be produced very stably. Although the shape of the photovoltaic bracket is very simple, it requires high precision. The adjustment of each wheel is the key. Our first-class engineers personally debug it in order to give customers a machine.
