A Russian customer needs a machine for producing card slots. We first equipped him with an electric decoiler, which on the one hand can increase the production speed, on the other hand it can prevent the raw materials from falling off the decoiler, causing injury to the workers and saving time. We are equipped with a 40-ton punching machine in front of the molding machine and installed a servo feeder to complete the small holes in advance, and will not affect the production speed of the machine. We added a punching machine and different printing wheels to the molding machine to print the company logo or different patterns according to needs, and at the same time realized punching out. We also made the layout of the entire production line for customers’ reference. Customers are very satisfied with our design.
