Slitting equipment is not only used in the steel cutting industry, but also in the pipeline industry. Slitting is usually an important sheet metal cutting process, which is carried out early in the process of manufacturing parts. Presses and molds may require-fixed width strips. Sheet metal usually arrives at the factory in coil form. These are usually much wider than needed, and the rough is cut into strips of the desired width by cutting. Sheet metal coils can be cut into many strips at a time by several simultaneous slitting operations. These strips provide sheet metal raw materials for further stamping. Many customers make pipes before cutting large coils into small size coils. Mainly in coils, stainless steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, painted steel, aluminum and other metals. And all other metal materials with surface diffusion.

Customers need steel materials of different widths for different profile forming purposes. We need to cut steel coils of various widths because of the wide range of coils available on the market, such as 1000mm, 1250mm, 1200mm and 1500mm. Therefore, for different industrial applications, we need to use slitting wire to reduce the slitting width of the coil. The production line can be used for uncoiling, slitting and rewinding, and the coils are made into coils of the required width to meet customer needs.

We design slitting equipment to cut wide steel coils longitudinally into different narrow steel strips to continuously produce cold-formed steel. There are basically two types: high-speed and normal-speed slitter lines. The high-speed slitter can work at a maximum speed of more than 150m / min and can produce more than 10 steel strips; while the ordinary speed slitter can work at a speed of up to 40m / min and less than 10. The slitting and slitting machine can cut wide steel coils into different narrow steel strips at different speeds. The production line is composed of high-precision cutting, which can quickly replace the cutter and tensioning device. Mobile tensioning device with leveling function. Completely controlled by computer, with functions of diagnosis, automatic winding and quality control. We will give you a detailed machine manual, ranging from the frame to the screw. All machine parts will be marked in detail. You can quickly replace the damaged parts and maximize the time for maintenance.

Our machine will go through 5 inspections before leaving the factory. Including parts quality inspection, machine assembly inspection, machine appearance inspection, machine packaging inspection, machine shipment inspection. Every part will be strictly inspected.

We provide a 2-year warranty, and any non-human damage within two years will be delivered by our cooperating DHL who will be delivered quickly within 3 days. After 2 years, any damaged parts will be sold to you at cost. If the customized parts are damaged, we have professional production equipment and complete the production period in the shortest time.
