1. Check whether the equipment and electrical appliances are in good condition before starting the color steel tile press. The power supply should be cut off after work, and the shovel or other objects should not be extended into the mixer when the color steel tile press is in operation.

2. If the operator has to check in the mixer, cut off the power supply. There is a special person to monitor, and the operator should pay attention to the operating environment, such as the position of the hopper and the discharge port.

3. Non-operating personnel shall not operate casually, according to the moisture content of yellow sand. Adjust the amount of water added to each machine to make the mixture moist and suitable.

4. Make sure that the mixing time is not less than 120 seconds each time, and make a mixing record according to the mix ratio notice.

5. After the shift, the excess material in the machine and the conveyor belt should be cleaned and washed away in time to keep the surroundings clean.
